ANALYSIS OF FIRM CULTURE OF CHOOSEN COMPANY

The goal of this final thesis is to develop a methodology to diagnose the corporate culture and to verify it in a selected company in order to propose a management program to change the corporate culture. The object of this research is LARM a.s. company. 71 respondents were examined. To understand the corporate culture I have used the questionnaire research. The corporate culture of this company was found out not to be strong enough. The reasons are as the following ones: insufficient communication within the company, unsatisfactory work environment, and the lack of motivation from the management side. To enhance the culture I would recommend to use human resources more proactively and to increase the work environment and corporate communication.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the construction company Metrostav a. s. and to suggest possible measures. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part describes the phases, principles and methods of recruiting and selecting employees using the specialized literature. The practical part is focused on the analysis of these two personnel activities in the company Metrostav a. s. It is mainly based on the company's website, provided internal materials and an interview with Mgr. Jana Kořínková, MBA, who is the head of the personnel marketing department in the company Metrostav a. s.
Corporate culture in selected company

The purpose of my Bachelor's dissertation is assess a corporate culture in the organization. First part of B.D. has been processed theoretically. In the second theoretical part of B.D. I focused on one of the selected business which I fully explored. For the analysis of the corporate culture, I have used direct communication with the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of the company, intra-office documentation, company web site in-formation and primarily evaluation from the questionnaire savings which was imperative to my work. From the research it resulted in that the corporate culture is most suitable to Role culture and Bet-the-company culture. Although the corporate culture appeared that is strong there are some areas where some insufficiency appeared.
Corporate culture and the possibilities of its evaluation

This thesis{\crq}s purpose has been the specification and the evaluation of current state of a chosen firm{\crq}s Corporate culture and the proposition of suitable measurements for improvement in this area based on these findings. Object of this research was company GAMA GROUP, Inc., Plant 9. The research group was composed from 53 employees from the selected company. Theoretical information about the Corporate culture is summed up in the first part of this thesis followed by the description of the company and its history. Questionnaire Inquiry is the methodology used in this thesis. The questionnaire was composed out of 27 questions. Each question is processed into a chart followed by results and discussions. The results show that the culture of the evaluated company is not strong enough as is primarily visible in problematic communication and in the approach towards the company. The possible recommendations for further company{\crq}s development and Corporate culture{\crq}s strengthening are communication improvement, boosting employees{\crq} pride in working for the company and employees{\crq} identification with the company. Corporate culture of chosen organization

The goal of this final thesis is to develop a methodology to diagnose the corporate culture and to verify it in a selected company in order to propose a management program to change the corporate culture. The object of this research is MS KART s.r.o. company. 22 respondents were examined. Theoretical information about the Corporate culture is summed up in the first part of this thesis followed by the description of the company and its history. To understand the corporate culture I have used the questionnaire research. The questionnaire was composed out of 28 questions. Each question is processed into a chart followed by results. On the basis of the results of research, the corporate culture seems to be relatively intense. Nevertheless, I would recommend to intensify acquaintance of workers about current events of the firm, to improve communication between production departments, to remind employees the positive approach of company to their suggestions, ideas, thoughts and to maintain personal development of employees.
